Sims Prospect started in 2019 because our founder, James Sims, was frustrated with how digital marketing agencies treated small businesses. After 8 years working in marketing, he saw the same problem repeatedly: agencies made big promises, used confusing jargon, and delivered reports full of meaningless metrics while Yorkshire businesses got no real results
Business owners would ask simple questions: ‘How many more customers will I get?’ ‘What will it actually cost?’ ‘How long until I see results?’ But they rarely got straight answers. Instead, they got vague talk about ‘brand awareness’ and ‘engagement metrics’ while their calendars stayed empty.
